Floating Community
Academic
Floating explores a new model of waterfront living organized around adaptable structures, shared circulation, and a direct relationship with the surrounding water. Elevated volumes, modular enclosures, and a network of docks create a community that can respond to changing environmental conditions while maintaining spaces for privacy, gathering, and movement. The project considers architecture not as a fixed object on the shoreline, but as an evolving framework shaped by water, climate, and collective occupation.
